"We are going to Eat and Train, not Diet and Exercise." This is just one of my philosophy's that take world class training principals and apply them into practical, everyday strength and health programs. My name is Steve Spencer Jr. I have been involved in weight training for over 40 years, as both a lifter and a trainer. I've spent over 20 years training High School, College and Professional athletes. After reaching my 50th. birthday and realizing how much my own personal training has had to change from when I was 25 I decided to dedicate myself to helping people of all ages, gender and limitations, to getting stronger and physically fit.
If your goal involves getting into YOUR best shape while learning a practical way to get yourself functionally stronger and getting control back of your health, gaining the knowledge needed for a real lifestyle change, then let me help you. After a personal interview each program is designed specifically for you and your individual goals while taking into account your busy time schedule and commitments.
